Some of you keep asking us for cocktail recipes with our Metal Spirits Vodka and Rye Whiskey so we attempted to do one this week. The Metal Hottie (our take on the Hot Toddy - you thought it was something else, didn't you, you pervs).

Since we couldn't get our acts together, here is the recipe:

Add to cocktail glass:

1 cinnamon stick

5 whole cloves

1 teaspoon of honey

a dash of nutmeg

1/2 cup of boiling hot water

one shot (or two) of room-temp Metal Rye

Squeeze one slice of lemon and drop that bad boy in

Stir until the honey melts

Enjoy and cheers!

Don't forget the Ugly Xmas Sweater Party this weekend! We're so excited to officially launch our partnership with Midnight Tavern this Saturday night, starting at 8:00 PM!

When we say "partner" we mean it. After a year or so of doing this we've taken the approach that we are really only interested in partnerships, where we support the local brand with our time, talents and treasure and they, in return, promote our spirits. This way, we are truly vested in each other's success and it feels like a true Tribe, which our brand is all about.

Sure, our Vodka and Rye Whiskey is very good, but honestly, so are a lot of brands out there. What we're trying to build is a lifestyle brand for those who believe in individual liberty, personal responsibility and rock-n-roll. And if you're one of us, "Welcome To The Tribe"! Midnight Tavern is one of these partners and we are all in on their success!

Back to Saturday night, we hope to see our Tribe out in full force! Jessy Marie and I will be there with our ugliest of Xmas sweaters, and so will two of our newest associates, Metal Mavericks, Ally and Sam. So, grab an Uber, come out and support a fantastic local establishment, have some Metal Martinis and Manhattans, and let's have a blast!
